Indications:

Treatment of Hypertension. 
Treatment of symptomatic heart failure.
Prevention of symptomatic heart failure in patients with asymptomatic left ventricular dysfunction (ejection fraction≤35%).

Dosage and Administration:

Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
It is very important to continue taking this medicine for as long as your doctor prescribes it. 
Do not take more tablets than prescribed. 
Recommended dose to be swallowed with a glass of water:
Your dose will be decided by your doctor and will be based on how well your kidneys are working.

Contraindication:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. 
History of ACE inhibitor-associated angioedema and in patients with hereditary or idiopathic angioedema. 
Coadministration with aliskiren in patients with diabetes.
Concomitant use with sacubitril/valsartan therapy. Enalapril must not be initiated earlier than 36 hours after the last dose of sacubitril/valsartan.
Second and third trimesters of pregnancy.
